Permanent Makeup has been around for over 2,000 years. It’s used as a way to accentuate one’s beauty and make life easier. Though the concept of permanent cosmetics remains mostly unchanged, the styles have changed dramatically. The past trends of permanent makeup are no longer desired by most consumers today. Clients are now in search of a more natural look that appears soft and beautiful. Alla Yesinovskiy, Owner of Allegria Studio, and Olga Zabarova, Owner of Empire Beauty have developed the cutting-edge techniques to deliver a more natural-looking permanent makeup to her clients. We offer an innovative training program for Permanent Makeup, where we teach our students the latest and greatest skills unknown to most industry professionals. You will learn the secrets of our trade and master the techniques needed to become the best Permanent Makeup Artist in town. To ensure the success of our students we only accept up to four students per class, this allows the instructors to give undivided attention and assistance throughout the learning process. Our curriculum is designed to prepare students with the tools and knowledge they need to enjoy a successful and rewarding career.
We are the only studio in Northeast Ohio offering a smokey eyeliner that is done properly, leaving our clients with a natural and elegant look. Permanent Makeup Basic Training is 4 weeks total at home (online access to theory, videos, homework assignments), and in class practice with 2 instructors and tons of work on latex and life models.
We will teach you:
Soft Powder and Ombre Eyebrows
Combo Eyebrows
Shaded Tattoo Eyeliners and Lash Enhancement (including lower eyeliner).
Lip Blush Tattoo, Neutralizing and Ombre Lip Blush.
Tattoo Removal with practice and separate Certification.
We truly believe in passing on our craft, therefore, we set up an intimate and private atmosphere with no destructions, yet a lot of experience! Our training is filled with essential information based on our experience, education and inventions!
What is included in your package: Japanese motor machine with power supply, 2 boxes of needles, Pigments set, all the essentials such as pigment cups, cup holder, pencils for drawing, rulers, numbing applicators, list of best-priced suppliers, ink samples for practice. Continuous support and ability to apprentice after class graduation!
We also include mentorship after classes!
Yes, a facility must be licensed and approved by the Ohio Board of Health in order for an instructor to legally train and certify students. Our training is legal, our facility is licensed by the Ohio Board of Health and by the Portage and Cuyahoga Counties Board of Health for teaching PMU techniques. In addition, our business and our school are Licensed and fully insured.
No, the Permanent Cosmetics/Makeup industry is regulated under the “Tattoo and/or Body Piercing” category for the state of Ohio (this is true for most states, though standards vary from state to state.). The permanent Makeup industry IS NOT regulated or affiliated with the American Association of Cosmetology and you DO NOT need to be a skincare specialist to become a Permanent Makeup Artist. In accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 3701-9, in order to provide body art services (permanent makeup), the artist must receive an adequate training. We offer an excellent training program to ensure our students proved the best services.
All deposits are non-refundable. If a student withdrawals from class at least 27 days prior to the first day of class, then all monies received by Allegria Studio School of Permanent Makeup by Alla Yesinovskiy R.D.H will be returned to the student, except the non-refundable deposit of $1000 and 5% if a credit card was used to pay the deposit or tuition. If a student withdrawals from class at least 14 days to 26 days prior to the first day of class, a $100 Administrative Fee and the non-refundable $1000 deposit will be retained by Allegria Studio School of Permanent Makeup by Alla Yesinovskiy R.D.H. Plus 5% credit card fees if a credit card was used to pay tuition. If a student withdrawals from class 7 days or less prior to the first day of class, the non-refundable $1000 deposit and 50% of the total tuition will be retained by Allegria Studio School of Permanent Makeup by Alla Yesinovskiy R.D.H. Once the class has begun, if a student withdrawals, Allegria Studio School of Permanent Makeup by Alla Yesinovskiy R.D.H. will retain 100% of fees submitted to Allegria Studio. If the student has been dismissed or removed from class during the training session, the student will be counseled as soon as possible after the termination of class. In any case, the instructor and student may choose to reschedule their class date together and the student may or may not incur a financial penalty, depending upon the individual circumstances. Refunds are processed and issued within 60 days from the date of student withdrawal or dismissal.
Please note: if we do not book the class scheduled, we do reserve the right to reschedule to another time. The deposit paid will carry over to next training.

Every Friday and Saturday we will meet in person and practice together with both instructors. We meet at 9 am. Lunch from 12:00-12:45 pm We study until we complete the agenda for the day, till 5-6 pm, sometimes later.
What do we do in class:
We will do a lecture, followed by hands on latex practice, we tattoo on our gloves and balloons.
You will observe the instructor doing eyebrows.
Following day students work on life models all day (each student get a model start to finish).
Continue home study and latex practice, complete Lips lecture.
Following Friday and Saturday we will meet in person and practice together with both instructors. We meet at 9 am. Lunch from 12:00-12:45 pm We study until we complete the agenda for the day, till 5-6 pm.
What do we do in class:
We will do a lecture, followed by hands on latex practice, we tattoo lips designs, play with colors.
Following day students work on life models all day (each student get a model start to finish).
Continue home study and latex practice, complete eyeliners lecture.
Following Friday and Saturday we will meet in person and practice together with both instructors. We meet at 9 am. Lunch from 12:00-12:45 pm We study until we complete the agenda for the day, till 5-6 pm.
What do we do in class:
We will do a lecture, followed by hands on latex practice, we tattoo eyeliners designs.
You will observe the instructor doing eyeliners.
Following day students work on life models all day (each student get a model start to finish).
This week is for more hands on and we have a lot of awesome projects for you! We want you to learn in exciting environment!
We will work on more models and at the end of the week we will have Tattoo removal training and certification.
We will go over proper picture taking and marketing.
We will end the 4th week with a Graduation and the celebration of your success!
Our training is designed as an apprenticeship program, in the best traditions and with all due respect to Tattoo Industry. You will get about 200 hours of study, 80 hours of which are a hands-on experience!
All students must register at least 2 weeks before training starts.
ONCE REGISTERED AND PAID $1000 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND THE HALF OF THE REMAINING BALANCE, STUDENTS WILL GET AN ACCESS TO OUR PRIVTE ONLINE PLATFORM. LECTURES, HOMEWORK, TESTS, VIDEOS ALL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR LEARNING EXPERIENCE!
AT THE END OF THE 1ST WEEK, WE WILL MEET IN PERSON FOR 2 DAYS AND WE WILL WORK ON THE PRACTICAL STUDY, THAT WILL REPEAT EVERY WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS TOTAL.
